Art Conversations: Discovering Paintings Together

Join us for an informal and interactive exploration of famous works of art. Together we will look at paintings, share observations, discuss different interpretations, and discover the stories behind the artists and their work. No prior knowledge of art is required, just curiosity and an open mind.

Each session focuses on a different artist or masterpiece. Rather than a lecture, these evenings are about looking, thinking, and talking together. You may be surprised by what you discover.

Dates:
Friday 2 October: Velasquez-Goya, getting to know the Prado museum from a distance
followed by Friday 6 November and Friday 4 December.
At the first meeting, participants will jointly choose the themes for the subsequent sessions.

Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM. Free admission.
